| Construction
Wood Carvel Construction with Long Keel underwater profile, paint finish.
Solid construction throughout and all the finest timbers used as you would expect from a vessel constructed circa 1960's. She needs finishing off inside though there is plenty of space and she already has a homly feel to her and virtually all the expensive wood work has been done. She needs some sanding and varnishing, cushions, covers and a cooker. It seems some electric cables have been installed. Huge potential. WE HAVE A RECENT SURVEY FOR THIS VESSEL. Please ask for more information. |

| Broker's Comments
Though we don't know a lot about her we do know she was built circa 1960's and this vessel is an ideal project for someone. A full survey dated January 2004 is available. She sails extremely well; the engine runs and her lines are gorgeous. What's needed is to finish off a bit of woodwork, new upholstery and the electronics. I instantly fell in love the moment I saw her (hope Karen's not reading this!) and anyone else will too.
