| Broker's Comments
This one owner VAT Paid vessel is a really homely boat, very reluctantly for sale due to bereavement. She has done two Atlantic crossings and is excellently insulated making her warm in winter and cool in the summer. The central heating is a real bonus. She was originally designed as the Mauritius, but the owner has converted the cockpit into the galley to give extra accommodation below, where there is loads of storage and full length hanging space. The owner is also in the process of redoing the heads. She would make an excellent live aboard or cruising yacht.
