This is an opportunity to buy a little power boat very cheaply. She needs completely refitting and so would suite someone with room at home to work on her steadily and customise her to their own needs. The engines would need replacing or rebuilding but it has been suggested that they could be removed entirely and an outboard used instead, thus giving extra space aft, which could be used for the heads.
