When I first heard about this boat she sounded pretty unique and she is both pretty and unique!
She's a bit like a floating cottage, but somewhat more seaworthy. But what cottage has 4 double cabins and plenty of deck space?
When she goes by she turns heads in a gentle sort of way, and I'm told the local fishing fleet would die for her engines!
Custom built by a shipyard in Thessalonika, Greece in 1974, she was refurbished in 1993 and then again in 2005 in Croatia.
Her layout is supremely liveable, with fantastic amounts of usable storage space below decks. She has an ideal berth in an attractive marina on an amazing coastline which is paid for up until March 2009. She is also being sold pretty much fully equipped from linen and glassware etc. to the hammocks for the aft deck!
She appeared to be in pretty good condition and I also viewed her latest survey report but on the downside she has no heating or air conditioning, and there is plenty of wood to lovingly varnish!
If she catches your eye come and see her. She really is worth a look.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
