| Broker's Comments
Originally Built in South Africa and with 2 circumnavigations under her belt. Boat has been in Gibraltar for the last few years; current owner has refurbished the interior and is using the boat as floating apartment in Gibraltar.
A big ketch with powerful rig and recent sails, that could be either be returned to cruising or used as pleasant floating accommodation. Mooring available in Gibraltar (mooring costs circa £2600 pa).
